Our mezzanine investment, which consists of subordinated debt with an equity component, fills the gap between available senior debt and more expensive equity capital and offers companies cost-efficient growth capital and a less dilutive alternative to equity financing.

With offices in Houston and Dallas, at Trident we focus on opportunities in the Southwest, primarily within Texas, but will explore select investments elsewhere within the United States.
